The landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera was commissioned by DEGEWO to design and construction management large parts of the outdoor facilities in the Märkisches Viertel.
The planning of the overall plan as part of the urban development concept, including the design of the green areas, park areas, playgrounds, playhouses, promenades, was carried out in cooperation with the then building senator Hans Müller, Georg Heinrichs, Werner Düttmann as well as the architects Heinz Schudnagies, Chen Kuen Lee, H. Plarre and H.Stranz.
The project: W 3b, Finsterwalder Straße was created in 1971 with the cooperation of the landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera and the architect H. Plarre. The landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera was also commissioned with the project: W 3c Finsterwalder Straße. This project was created with the architect H. Stranz. The landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera worked together with the architect Heinz Schudnagies on the W4g Finsterwalder Straße project. The last project W4h Senftenberger Ring was created in cooperation between the landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera and the architect C.K. Lee.
