Wellingsbuettel Shopping Center Hamburg

The project development started in 1998 in several phases over approx. 12 years.
Various planning and traffic studies for the public market place with a new building for a self-service market and underground car park including the existing monument-protected social center, the kindergarten and the adult education center by K & K architects with the city planning office in Hamburg Wandsbek, the owners’ association Wellingsbüttel business people, chairwoman Ursula Willer, as well the local branches of the political parties.
The Hanseatic City of Hamburg awarded the project to Frank Kutschera.

Acquisition of the public property by Projekt Gesellschaft 1 API GmbH & Co KG and under conditions of competition for successful planning, draft and implementation planning, by Nägeliarchitekten.
