Orangery Park Hohenschoenhausen Castle

Acquisition of the entire property of 20,000 sqm from Deutsche Annington by its own project company Primelofts Hamburg GmbH. Planning, approval of approx. 100 residential units in the historic Orangery Park of Hohenschönhausen Castle in 2 construction phases.
Planning of the repair, taking into account the monument-fair repair request of the UDB for two Italian villas from 1824 and the building of the orangery from 1768. In cooperation with architect Fischer.

Design and restoration of the historic Orangery Garden. Detailed planning by the garden architect Dr. Jacob Hübinger in coordination with the Lower Monuments Authority of Pankow.

Project development and planning / approval planning of the entire facility, here both construction phases and naming of the new development by Primeltopfs Hamburg GmbH

Execution of the 1 construction phase
For the client Primelofts Hamburg GmbH, construction of 24 condominiums and restoration of the historic park of the former Orangery Park of Hohenschoenhausen Castle. The Orangery Park was separated from the Palace Park by a GDR defensive wall. At that time, Walter Honecker also resided in the castle. Passages as part of the redesign of the Orangery Park were not permitted, even after discussions with the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation, Ms. Horn, because the wall was to be left as part of the historically formative past and thus placed under monument protection. Coordination of the overall concept with the Pankow Monument Protection Office.

Execution of 2 construction phases
Approx. 80 apartments and restoration of historical buildings, orangery and Italian villas.
The second construction phase was created through acquisition by the TK1 property company.
The approval planning for the second construction phase was adapted and changed by the architects of TK1.
