At the end of the 1960s, the terrace houses in Charlottenburg Westend were built. The complete exterior design was entrusted to the landscape architect Elisabeth Kutschera, who successfully designed the outdoor facilities of the Märkisches Viertel. She was responsible for the design of the outdoor facilities, green areas, playgrounds, parking spaces, as well as planning and construction management. The architects for the terrace houses are Jan and Rolf Rave.
